Dr. Janet Chow

MD, MSc, FCFP

Dr. Chow is a family physician and Fellow of the Canadian Society of Phlebology. She has specialized training in Ultrasound Guided Sclerotherapy with over 20 years of experience. Dr. Janet Chow is the founder and owner of The Willow Vein Clinic in Ottawa and Petawawa. She loves treating veins and cares deeply for every patient.
Dr. Celeste Collins

MD, MSc, CCFP

Dr. Celeste Collins is a family physician who has discovered she is passionate about veins. She has been fully trained in Ultrasound Guided Sclerotherapy and is a valuable part of The Willow Vein Clinic team. Dr. Collins continues to practice family medicine in the Ottawa area.
Tina Deschenes (RN)

Registered Nurse

Tina Deschenes is a registered nurse with over 27 years of experience treating patients with chronic venous insufficiency and spider veins using sclerotherapy. She has practiced at several clinics across Canada and has chosen The Willow Vein Clinic as her home. Tina speaks both French and English and brings a little East Coast flavor to our team.
Julie Regier (RPN)

Registered Practical Nurse

Julie grew up in the Ottawa Valley and graduated from Algonquin College in Pembroke. She joined The Willow Vein Clinic-Petawawa site in 2019. Julie has worked in the hospital, long-term care and palliative care settings and teaches at Algonquin College. She is excited to continue contributing to the Valley as a part of Dr. Chow's team.
Isabelle Lessard

Administrative Assistant

Isabelle is an orthotherapist with a bachelor of arts degree. She comes to us with 21 years of experience of medical administration, and is an essential member of The Willow Vein Clinic team. Isabelle speaks both French and English and is the friendly face who will greet you at reception, assist you at the clinic and will make sure that you are satisfied with your experience.
